Dear sir,
I have bought icici fastag a month back to implement the digital way of payments initiated by govt. I have been informed that the payments deductions from fastag will be as per the applicable rates at respective toll plazas. I am using the tag from past one month. I generally have my regular trips between Kakinada and Visakhapatnam which are mostly round trips (up and down) within 24hours. There are 2 toll plazas i.e. Vempadu (single - 100/-, round - 145/-)and Agnampudi (single - 40/-, round - 65/-) on the way. But in fastag I am getting deducted 2 x 100/- and 2 x 40/- for a round trip completed within 24hrs as against 1 x 145/- and 1 x 65/- all the time. I have contacted the icici fastag customer regarding the same and complained, but there is no response from them and absconding the social cause to fill their pockets illegally.
In this regard I would like to bring this into your notice to resolve my issue and safeguard the public interests for building a digital india against corruption.

My customer ID is 10908028 & complaint no is 2941269.
Amount of Rs 155/- is deducted against wrong debit adjustment in the 1st week of May & in spite of repeated follow up no action is taken. Service is very poor & unsatisfactory.
Their customer care is always un-responsive.

My customer ID is 10418980 and complaint number is CMP DTD 22.11.2019 for updation of vehicle number (my tag is blacklisted and i am unable to use it). Till date they did not update my vehicle number even after so much follow up.

Most of the time their customer care is not reachable and when connect their representatives are helpless.
Their system is always busy.

It seems like they are fraud and unable to handle this service.

Hi All,
My Customer ID : 11779307 for Fastag.
Almost past one week I am trying to call the customer care support and never got connected. Raised 2tickets to know about the Fast tag sticker status but as on now no response. With out fast tag stickers simply they created the account. What is the use?

ICICI Fastag is a rubbish.

My Customer ID is 11553767. I travel from Rajendranagar to Kokapet, Hyderabad daily (Two way) and the toll charges are 30 rupees for round trip where as 90 rupees(70+20) got debited from my account thrice in a month.
And the customer care team is just for name sake and do not respond at all. I have raised a complaint already and it is still unattended even after 21 days. I want my money to be refund immediately (60+60+60=180).
There is no customer care, the number provided does not work ever. tried it for atleast couple of days. NEVER TAKE ICICI FASTAG

its being 1.5 months i am chasing for my refund amount of rs. 2000 from ICICI fastag team. I had first recharged Rs 2500/- to My fastag account on Sep 27th 2020 during my travel to Leepakshi location. recharge failed but amount debited from my bank. when i raised a complaint they said they will be refunding the money back to y account. i am being following for this refund from Sep 27th to till date. but proper response from fastag team.

I had escalated to escalation manager level also but no use. i need help in getting back my money from these cheaters

Hi, My vehicle number is KA05 ML 7599. I am the second owner. Icici fastag dues were cleared and account closed by first owner.Still blacklisting is not removed despite repeated requests to the ICICI fastag customer care. I have paid penalities at multiple toll gates due to this and I am really frustrated. Kindly escalate and help me in getting this blacklisting removed. This is deficiency of service by ICICI.

I got this acknowlegdent of registration,

I have not received the tag yet and When I try to login or register on site, it says the mobile number is not registered and account is not active.

How do I get the update on the fast rag
CMP[protected] following since 10 days there id no response. When i calling always busy or server not working or server busy very worst Customer service.

I've recharged my valet in June 2020 from amount 1000 for which amount deducted 1013/- this still not appeared in my account. Its been already 8 months now. I'm keep on complaining raising complaint ticket on their site but they are closing it without getting solved. Now they even hide option for me to raise complaint and also the history I am not able to see.
Their customer care line sucked always have to wait more than 10 mint then automatically getting disconnect. I feel helpless here don't know where to connect. My id is 11229329.

They are promising lie and closing complaint ticket:-
Firstly they've mentioned we have refunded this money to your bank account then I've sent them my full bank statement Then, on next ticket they mentioned we have transfer money in fastag valet but it wasn't.

I am just fed up with this. Now the concern is not money its about unprofessional-ism i am facing from long time. I also quit all the services which i was using from ICICI.

My Fastag ID is 12381429. In october i tried to recharge my tag 7 times and transaction failed due to server issue . I came to know that the failed transaction money is deduced and it is not in my CUG wallet. I called customer care for transfer this balance to my bank account. They told to first activate one wallet and transfer there. after activating one wallet and i have been told that now the amount need to be transferred in miscellaneous wallet and then it can be transfer to bank account. since last 2 months customer care not transferring my amount to miscellaneous wallet . They every time register my request and do nothing. My request IDs are as below
