I have made IMPS transaction on 14-DEC-2016 and transaction reference no. is[protected] for 1, 00, 000. But transaction timed out and got message saying status will be updated in 3 days. The amount is NOT credited to beneficiary bank account till now and not returned to my account as well. The account no. is not valid for transaction reference no.[protected]. I have tried NEFT transaction on the same day and it's failed with account unavailable and amount credited back. But IMPS transaction amount is not credited back till now.

I have corrected account no and made another NEFT transaction on 15-DEC-2016 which has been credited to beneficiary bank account on the same day and transaction reference no is [protected].

I have raised compliant and compliant no is SR[protected]. But compliant closed with amount has been credited to beneficiary bank account. Actually amount has NOT been credited to beneficiary bank account which made through IMPS.

Could you please help me to resolve this issue and credit my 1, 00, 000 to back into my account?

    In spite of informing them before hand that i dont want to renew the 2 year rental contract of 18400, they still charged my bank account

    I have been trying since one month to reach them on phone, letters and emails but no use and they are avoiding the issue

    I have honestly been ripped off 18, 400 and I dont know what to do now

      I have taken loan on my personal cc of rs 1, 00, 000 for one year. I cleared all the dues in 4 months. Last installment i paid at 23rd or 24th oct-2016. Now from the last month any one call or send msg from your bank return your rs 5, 800/- otherwise it will effect your cr. Policy.
      Sir if i deposit all your money why i paid mor. Sort out this issue as soon as possible. I all have the details.
      Sir being a valuable customer of your bank kindly look into this issue

        I applied for credit card on 21/12/2016 as there was pre approval for credit card on my SB Account. on 23/12/2016 I got the message that my credit card has been provisionally approved. I have very good record of my financial track, my CIBIL Score is also 798. ICICI Bank executive collected my ID and other Credit Card record also, wherein my Credit Limit is over 5 Lacs. There was no verification either over phone or Physical Verification. On 31/12/2016 I got the message that My Credit Card is not approved. On what basis ICICI Bank has disapproved my Credit Card, no reason is given, where I got very good financial track record. I only applied as there was pre approval for the same. My Income as per 2015-16 IT, is also over 20 Lacs.
        Kindly look into the matter and suitable Action my take for the same.

          I have opened a sukanya samriddhi account with Icici bank, bellandur, Bangalore. They had told me to open a separate savings account in my daughters name only then i can open a sukanya samriddhi account.
          I had deposited 105000 rs towards sukanya samriddhi account in the month of June, 2016. However i noticed few months later that only 10, 000 rs was deposited in sukanya samriddhi account & the rest of the amount was held in the young star account. (The young star account was not linked with my savings account – i tried 3 or 4 time before linking it up)

          I lodged a formal complaint with the bellandur deputy branch manager (Sanjukta kumara) in Aug/Setp, 2016. Which she had promised to initiate compensation for the lost interest rate. Till now, i haven’t got any response yet from bank. Please advise how to proceed.

            I have withdraw Rs 2000/- on 7/12/2016, but the account is debited rs2000/- 2 times(i.e; 4000).
            I tried to contact customer care, but they are not replied properly.

            I have visited the banashankari branch(bangalore) near BDA, & padmanabhanagar also They have told that visit the home branch, Then I visited my home branch, which is in kormangala(near to forum blr), they also not replied properly and they told me to contact customer care.

            Kindly resolve my issue ASAP, otherwise I will take this issue to your higher authorities

            I want this amount back by monday with interest.

              I wanted to withdraw money in cannaught place so i went to icici bank atm in cannaught place when i tried to withdraw money i got transaction declined message so i thought there is no money in Atm but when i went home and i saw an email that 2000 rupees has been deducted from my account.

              plz credit my amount in my account of vijay bank i also have the slip in which its written transaction declined

                I keep sending mail and making calls to resolve my problem but no reply received from ICICI customer care. I tried calling 8 times but customer care disconnecting calls after keeping on hold and listening brief of my problem. I am totaly upset about their service and feeling helpless. please do needfull to resolve my issue. I am attaching all email which send to ICICI and everytime recieving that '' We acknowledge the receipt of your mail '' but no reply till date.

                immediately acting as my voice is not going to them even I am able to listen them very clearly and they are disconnecting the call immediately telling that there is no
                response from the customer so I am disconnecting the call.
                While listening the issue you are able to hear me clearly but after addressing the issue, my voice is not coming to you. This thing is happening since I have told about
                dispute. Prior to that also so many times I have called to customer care but this has not happened anytime. Shocking thing is that since 10th Dec 16, how it is possible that
                after hearing the issue my voice is not going to you.
                I think this is the simple trick which you people are playing with customers.
                You people are not giving reply of email also since 13th Dec 16.

                  I have demat account in icici bank for 4 years now ..but i have not do any transaction in demat account .i found that there is a one debit transaction 01148080 DP CHGS TILL NOV-16 805 INR. But yesterday Rs 805 has been deducted from my account as DP CHGS. ICICI bank representative also said there is no charges for Demat account 2 months back.

                          L got call from icici bank represantative and he told me that there will not be any annual fess/Charges for card and will get 1000 rs gift voucher so i brought this card and i never received any shopping voucher, i told him about the charges, he told me that by mistake you got diffrent credit card .i am getting mails about the credit card charges but i have not used it and and its not my fault that bank issued diffrent card to me.please help to deactivcate card and cancel charges.

                                There was a caller named Neha Sharma, executive ICICI, A- BLOCK-75, 2ND FLOOR, SECTOR 65, NOIDA -with mobile no There were a spate of calls on my mobile stating that money deducted as service fees/excess fees would refunded into my savings account. They were asking my credit card or debit card details. I could not give the details as I was out of station. Later after veriying from the Consumer complaints forum website, already complaints have been filed regarding similar subject. I request you to take immediate penal action against such persons.

                                  I sikha mandal applied for icici bank coral credit card, on 28/12/16 all the document collected by your person bearing mobile no. [protected]. Upto this it was pretty good from your side.
                                  On 30/12/16, morning 1124 hrs, i got a call from tele no.[protected], the person introduced him as verification staff of icici bank credit card division. He was asking my husband about various queries regarding my data. But the person behaves funny fm starting itself, either he is hard of hearing or willingly behaves funny. His taking was full of arrogance & he threatens my husband that everything in his hand only, if he gives the bad report then i will not get my credit card. More over he did not disclose his name also.
                                  This type of behaviour we can not expect from a responsible agency like icici bank.
                                  This incident makes me less interested about your credit card.
                                  Please look after the incident.

                                    I have a personal & a corporate account with icici bank chaura bazar branch. Its executive "shammi narang" opened my saving account few months ago. After two months i was going out of town so i mentioned him to kindly close my account because i will not be able to operate it for few months.
                                    He said we will close it after few days. After few days or month (I don't remember) he called me, that time i was in chandigarh. He said kindly visit any branch of icici bank for account closure. After 10 minutes he called again and told me send mail of account closure on this email id nadani. [protected]@icicibank.com (He messaged me this mail id). I mailed two times with the message "kindly close my saving account named as chirag mehra in your branch i. E. Chaura bazar branch. Because i have no use of it".

                                    After few days i went to the branch and asked him about my account. He said its already closed. I said ok.
                                    After few months means on 25th nov i went in that branch again for opening an another saving account. He asked my no. And checked and said your old account is not closed yet you can use the same. I said ok
                                    When i deposited some money they deducted "mab" charges of rs. 3106.59 from my saving account. I asked the executive about it he said don't worry after a month i will reverse it.
                                    Yesterday i went to the bank and asked for reversal branch manager was very rude and said we cant reverse it. I narrated him whole story but he said i cant do anything about it. And now even the executive not answering calls or meeting.

                                    Such a rude and fraud banking system i ever seen where i am wrong?
                                    They are not helping at all. I am not a very rich person and i can't afford it too.
                                    But what i can do. Against these kinds of frauds kindly help me out.

                                    yesterday customer executive of ICICI called and reversed 69% charges from total charges. Behavior was good and heard my all issues and today 2057 Rs. credited in my saving account. Satisfied but still gained loss of 31%.

                                      As I have not initiated to idirect account opening, ICICI have charged around Rs 801 without any intimation.And this amount has been taken on two different dates, one is on 26 Jul 16 of Rs480 and 26 sep 16 of Rs321.kindly I make a refund of this amount...This is happened for all my employer batchmates around 10 ppls...My acc no[protected].make a corrective action as soon ...

                                        Dear ICICI,

                                        I am Jayanta Ganguly, On 28th Dec 2016 Rs 805 has been deducted from my account as DP charges Till Nov[protected] DP charges deducted till Nov-16)

                                        Till now i never used the demat account or activated it. At the time of opening my account ICICI executive also told me its free and i don't have to pay anything if i didn't use it. Later i got call from ICICI bank asking me to activate the demat account but i rejected by saying i am not interested to using it, moreover i didn't received any notification on my mobile / intimation from ICICI bank.

                                        So, i need justice and my money back.
                                        ICICI Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        Just now i came to know you guys are charging me for last two years without any notification which is totally unacceptable for a bank like yours.
                                        I am totally disappointed, please refund my money back.
