I am Seema VADHWANI Ist I Happy you my 3 MAB charges reversal so I requested you we are middle class type porsan so this per month 520 /= deducted my account this is a charges not benefits giving so this my all loss this per month deducted by MAB charges any have plan in my account so no problem you deduct charges but don't have any plan so this not good I have a saving account with icici Bank Branch Mansarovar Jaipur Rajasthan India and my A/C is[protected] I want to refund my all amount MAB CHARGE deducted by your branch dedicated withouted any intimation. When I opened A/C with your Branch year customer Executive told the any informed you after dedicate the any charges but your branch without any information dedicated a some Amount of Par months 550/- rupees my a/c so that refund my amount of[protected] in my account as soon curler please so please request to you all mab charges refund. reply and contact by only email and Dubai nb.

    Respected sir/Madam by this mesage i want your attention to the ICICI bank Rajouri garden New Delhi. I am the a/c holder of this branch and i visited this branch on 03/01/2017 to withdrawl money from my a/c. The bank executive told me that they will give me 24000 rupees..i asked her if 100 rupees (10000) packet notes are fair and notes after the year of 2005 i have no problem.she told me that notes are fair and they are after 2005 and leagal tendres. I accept the 2 packets of 100 rupee notes and 2 notes of 2000 rupees and came back home...when i opened the one packet to give some notes to my father and count the notes i came to know that 6 notes are in very bad condition the were tapped for repairing and 6 notes are before 2005 i imidiate called to icici phone banking oficer n logged my complaint and topd me to go branch again to exchange the damaged notes. I told them that i dont care about to exchange the damaged notes it is not a big issue for me...issue is that courrupt banking officials in icici bank who are mixing these illeagal notes is packets and giving to thier respected consumers.i asked them that why their bank is harrasing to their consumer and " why should i checked the notes when they gave me in the branch icici bank is a brand and reputed bank and we have trust on it i was not taking the money from any baniya shop or sabzi ki dukaan or any general store...finaly they lodge my complaint but no action has been taken by the icici officials...so its a humble to make a high official enquiery without inform to the branch and visit the branch and check the 100 rupee notes packets you will know the truth.

      Hi Sir, I have transferred Rs.10000.00 to my SBI credit card last 4 digit 7630 on 24/08/2016.
      As i have contacted to SBI credit card team also, they have not received any amount from ICICI bank, due to an incorrect of IFSC code mentioned in netbanking while tranfering the amount it is not been transferred to beneficiary account.
      And contacted to the ICICI bank they provided information that it is transferred beneficiary account, also attached the copy of mail.

      * And also i have attached e-mail from SBI which i got from them, kindly go through it & resolve my issue as ASAP.

      Also i am attaching the image of NEFT done from ICICI netbanking.

        I have sent a mail 15-17days ago to the nodal officer and the managers working in icici bank.also i wrote a compaint to cro 12-14 days ago.also i have lodged a complaint on icici bank website to nodal officer but there is no response till now.it has been more than 1month i am facing problem with bank with the opening of account and installation of edc machin due to the fake commitments from the bank official.below given is the details of the complain
        I am fed up from the wrong commitments from your sales representative at Icici bank rajendra nagar.10 days ago i visited the branch to open a current account.i was told about the smart business plan current account.i also wanted the pos machine (gprs) for my business.i enquired for the same.i was told that the machine will be at security deposit of rs 4000 and there will be no monthly rental.later after one or two day when i went to open the account i was told that the charges are charges then after that i asked them to sort out the matter for charges.so again after that i asked for the charges and the person again told new charges for the edc machine.each and evry time they changed the charges.finally now on21/11/16 i had a talk with the bsm mr ashutosh and merchant services head mr ramesh chandra they told me that they will provide the gprs machine at rs700 monthly rental with no security charges and hence commited the same.Next day i called the salesperson mr ashwani to open the account ie on 22/11/16 and before openjng the account i confirmed the edc charges so the person told me they will provide the plan.now on 23/11/16 the person mr ramesh is calling me and saying that we cant provide that plan.means are YOU BANKERS MAKING FOOL O[censored]S -THE CUSTOMERS.THE BSM ASHUTOSH IS NOT EVEN PICKING THE PHONE .i was assured for unlimited free cash withdrawals at all atms.i didnt get the same.are you people fooling us by giving wrong commitments.after giving the cheque and documents you are not giving what was committed ...ARE YOU MAKING JOKE O[censored]S???OPENING ACCOUNT IN SUCH A REPUTED BANK AND GETTING FAKE COMMITMENTS..I WANT A COMPENSATION FOR ALL THE WRONG COMMITMENTS BY THE BANK.ELSE i have TO APPROACH THE CONSUMER COURT FOR THE grievance.
        I want a proper compensation or what i was commited by the bank...
        Kindly revert asap

          Date of redemption : 03.03.2017

          i want to know the current value of the bond
          is the value fixed for redemption ?
          where how to sale this bond today ?
          since i am holding this for so long period is there will be tax deducted on redemption amount and what will be percentage ?

            I am vijay kangra. I have a salary/savings/demat 3 in 1 account in icici bank. My icici account number is[protected].

            Today i noticed that i have been charged some 'dp' charges on my account. I wasn't informed about these charges when i opened account statement. Any money deduction from my account without informing me is unacceptable. I also did not get any message to my mobile which is registered with icici.

            I am really disappointed with icici bank doing such unnecessary deductions and request icici to credit deducted amount asap. This is completely unacceptable and i want my money back. I want explanation about the same and more preferably the refund.

            I didnot asked for any Demat account in ICICI Salary account bank. When I checked my bank transactions and I found that there is one debit transaction '01159413 DP CHGS TILL NOV-16'. what is this i am not able to understand.who gave right to debit my amounfr from the account.

            I want the refund of this immediately.

              My acount is debited in last one year with average 500rs almost every month i had opened NRE/NRO acount with zero balance suddenly i have noticed there is a deduction of MAB charges from May-16 without any information on policy changes, amount is more than 500 every month in both accounts, i feel been cheated and want to all my money to be reversed to my accounts.

                4. 37436741 DP CHGS TILL NOV-16 RS. 2472.[protected]

                Now tell me what does it mean, we keep our money to save our hard earn but you look the difference of your ICICI bank tag line "KHAYAL AAPKA". Do you really think it is appropriate. I just request you to look after the matter and refund the same. I need to know about DP Charge and one more thing if Rs 411 for till September then how it comes Rs. 2472.50 against two months, I mean till November.

                  I am following up with ICICI bank for foreign transaction advice for which Bank have charged huge amount . The here are two cheques, one is from Canada and other is USA. Normally Bank charges about Rs 500-600 for the same however ICICI bank has charged me with Rs. 5172/---

                  Secondly when I am trying to followup with them no response for last 1 month.
                  There is no response whatsoever for last one month.

                    I never requested for opening Demat account and never did trading. When I checked my bank transactions and I found that there is one debit transaction ' 60020548 DP CHGS TILL NOV-16---- INR 792'. Even I did not get any alert message in my registered mobile number .                       My name is Arnold Thomas Vincent and I am an ICICI Bank Customer with the AC. No.[protected]. On the morning of 30/11/2016, I accidently transferred Rs.10, 000 to the account of a Punjab National Bank customers by the name of Mr. Sandeep Sharma, with the AC. No. [protected]. The amount was accidently transferred to his account, the person is a registered payee on my account as I once transferred funds to this person on behalf of one of my friends with whom I’m no longer in contact. I have contacted ICICI and requested them to help me with this issue, they have promised me assistance but I only get promises and no one does anything, they just ask me to wait, which I have been doing for more than 30 days but still no resolution. I was told to visit the bank where he has an account, but I am not aware of where he is and where he has his ac. registered. I request you to somehow help me in getting the amount credited to my account. I earnestly request you to assist me in getting the amount refunded to my ac.

Axisfootwareshopnr idbi atm id : sacw7503 txn no. 1380 response code 070 ernakulam through my sbi debit card no.[protected]Sb a/ no.[protected] but the amount was not dispensed from atm and the monitor has also shown that your transaction declined and unable to process yet my rs 2, 000/- was debited from my account. Hence, i am requesting you that kindly take necessary step to refund my aforesaid amount (Rs 2000/-) as soon as possible please.

                            Hi. I'm a sbi account holder. I went to a icici atm on 04/01/2016 at 8:58 am to withdraw ₹4000. 1st time it shows transaction was failed. So i tried another time. This time the same result. I got no sms about any transaction. Latter when i checked my balance, i found ₹8000 was deducted, ₹4000 each. How can i get that money back? Do you have any helpline number? Please help.. :-)

                              I (K KRISHNADASSAN) having ICICI Bank Credit Card No.[protected] request to please enhance my credit limit to the maximum amount possible as per my monthly income. I had visited your nearest branch alongwith copy of my last 3 months pay slips as per advise received over phone from your toll-free number but in vain. I even tried to forward my request attaching copies of my pay slips to customercare.icici bank. Com as advised by your executive from Ernakulam branch, with out any response till date.

                                I had applied for credit card almost two months over, till now they didn't response properly, i call so many times head office manger but he didn't respond properly.
                                He told my point r less, but people got credit card with out points.
                                Icici credit bank cheating people, very bad, i think people should not apply for credit card
                                Very bad bank, i will never recommend to any one, worst private bank

                                  Hi iam krishna kanth aitha i initiated a imps fund transfer of 1, 11, 111/- rupees to hdfc bank account on 2/1/2016. The amount got debited from my account. But not delivered in to beneficiary account.

                                  I have contacted icici and hdfc bank people. But they are not in a position to help me.
                                  Please do needful. The customer care people are not at all concerned about it. This is disgusting.

                                    I've made a payment of 40000 to my ICICI Bank Credit card from SBI Card Balance Transfer option with the reference number #74617946280021000110214. The amount got paid to a wrong credit card with the number [protected] which didn't exist. Due to this the amount should be automatically refunded back to SBI Credit card.But to my surprise it didn't get credited back to my account and ICICI Bank officials are saying that it is not their fault as the credit card to which the amount got paid didn't exist and asked me to contact SBI Bank officials, who are also they didn't received and payment from this ICICI Bank account . Now i need justice against my hard earned money

                                      Hello, on 29/12/2016 my icici account number[protected] was deducted with rs. 502.40 stated as dp-charges till november 2016. However, demat account are supposed to be free of charge as stated by icici when the account was opened. Please review the matter and return the deducted amount as i have not used the demat account and it is supposed to be free.
