I recharged my fastag of my vehicle after contacting icici customer care they told me that it will get activated in 2 hours after recharge, but even after hours of recharge the tag was showing blacklisted on tolls and i have to pay double tolls throughout the journey, i recharged on 13 july and its still not active. This caused me to pay double tolls and a lot of difficulty faced. And i had recharged through icici imobile app. Was this information helpful? | |
