[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — ICICI Home Loan Complaint

No. 63169074 Dear Sirs, I want to register my complaint according to the Customer Grievance Redressal Policy of your Organization and against the concerned officials of your Bank's Branch at Sec-14, Gurgaon regarding delay and harrasment caused by them till date during the process of my Home Loan Application which is still kept pending as follows: I live in Jamshedpur and I want to purchase a residential property in gurgaon for which I need Home Loan. On date 19/06/2014, Mr. Mohit Singh from Branch Sec-18 Gurgaon, contacted me over telephone regarding Home Loan requirement and during the discussions he committed that processing time of the Loan application will be 3 to 5 days only, considering which I requested him to send me the Application Form and List of the required Documents. At the same time It was also clearly informed by me that my work location is at jamshedpur and the property for which I need Loan will be purchased at Gurgaon only. On date 25/06/2014, I received the List of Documents required by email (email attached) and on 2/07/2014 I received the Application Forms by courier. On date 3/07/2014, I sent the signed application along with all the required documents by courier which was received at their bank branch on 06/07/2014. Between 06/07/2014 to till date, behaviour of the Bank officials Mr. Rohit Saxena (BSA) and Mr. Swantantra (TSA) has been very irresponsible and frustrating because most of the times they did not receive my phone calls and if rarely answered they never replied properly with the actual status, the only reply I received from them is the false verbal assurance of the providing the sanction letter within a day or two and kept me in dark. I dropped two mails (mails attached) for asking the actual status of my Loan Application on 09 & 19/07/2014 but these are also not replied by them till date. Even acknowledgement of my Home Loan Application has not been provided to me so far. More over they have tried their best for delaying the process by raising the unjustified issues at final stage which could have pointed out initially at the time of submission of my application along with required documents only, like on 18/07/2014 the issue was raised regarding my work location is Jamshedpur and on 26/07/2014 another issue regarding timing of my salary timing. Hence I request you to resolve my issues which are: 1. Sanction of my Home Loan is kept pending by the Branch Officials from more than a month without any justified reason. Please sanction my loan as I full fill all the required criteria and good CIBIL record. 2. Take action against Mr. Rohit Saxena (BSA), Mr. Swantantra (TSA) and other concerned officials responsible for keeping my Loan Application abnormaly pending and for their non-transparent & irresponsible behaviour which hurt my trust in your Organization and tried to damage your reputation as well.
