My name is siraj khan and my number is [protected].This is regards to Threaten call recd from Vashvani associate, saying that we are calling from ICICI bank.And would like to speak Mr.Jitendra singh.I understand jitendra sing was our employee and now a days he is hospitalise in his native place.I got a call from Miss Sunita and she said if you dont provide jitendra number we will see you.She also said " Tu us ka number de nai to main kya karungi tu dekh lena" I think She forgot to whome she is speaking. We are Also working in service industry and we know very well how to speak our client.I am ICICI bank account holder from last 6 years ans if i will get this kind of call in my office landline and saying we are calling from ICICI bank, then what would i will thing for bank.And even this case is not belong to me.Its some other person case. Why you given authorise to other stupid people Who dont know how to speak our clients. We are not expecting this kind of service such a highly reputed bank like you.     I received a call 2 days ago about a icici credit card offer, I clearly mentioned I will confirm if I need it by next day. The next day the call came when I was in the middle of my work so did not attend. Today I received the call from the same person (I have the name and number) and she started saying what needs to be done to get the card. I then confirmed I did not need the card. Now she said that I should not be giving 'false commitments' and that she is not calling because she doesn't have a job. Also she hung up the call immediately and I could not ask her directly if she understood the 1st conversation in the first place. I am not sure if your customer care officials are trained but the way the official talked was not only immature but rude and intrusive. Please educate your personnel on how to talk and listen to a customer which is the basically expected from a customer care official. I am a salaried IT professional. Also I expect your officials know making calls might be their primary job but always attending it isn't for the customer. I have never once had this issue till date with other officials though.       Hi, I am having a salary bank account in ICICI manyata tech park(bangalore) from last one and half years and my account no. is[protected] my contact number is :[protected] I was just checking my bank statement and got the shock of my life. My account has been debited by MAB charges thrice in last month.30/06/2014 SMAB Chgs-Nov13+Stax 43.26 393.26 I tried calling the manyata tech park branch at but there was no response. I don't have any mail informing about this MAB charges. I have no information from ICICI. No call, no mail and no msg. Now that I understand that ICICI bank has not informed me about change of balance system, hence any deduction from account for the same is totally wrong and if charges deducted are not credited back to my account then I will be left with no other option but to take this matter to higher authorities and Banking Ombudsman as this is CLEAR VIOLATION of Rule 8(1)(k) i.e. "levying of charges without adequate prior notice to the customer" of The Banking Ombudsman Scheme 2006.

          After migration to so called new software ICICI bank removed my registered mobile number from the Credit Card Account there by rendering my card useless for online transactions [i cannot receive OTP anymore].The reason given to me is that i cannot have same mobile number in savings account as well as in Credit card ! I am supposed to link credit card account with my savings account so that i give control to the bank to deduct from my savings account even when there are fraudent transactions on the credit card.The second option given to me is i maintain 2 mobile numbers. Both the options are not acceptable.I am choosing option 3 i.e stop using ICICI credit card and start using my other credit card!

              As i given correct documents of mine still there is name mismatch in my account i tried since last one year to change account name . But there is no positive feedback by my branch Account Number is :[protected] Current Name in Account : Vijay Prakesh Dahiya And My Real And Documents Name Is : Vijay Prakash Dahiya There spelling mistake in " Prakash " And My Credit Card which was Attach With Account Was Disabled Now due to late payment, but from the card was activated i haven't receive any statement for paying bill or other thing even I tried to contact customer care but still there no such feedback for paying method From Last One Month I am Alternatively Going branch for name change and new insta credit card but they are saying come tomorrow or come after 2 days we will do and Today i went to my branch but there are saying close this account open a new account so we can do correct spelling o[censored]r name, is this way you give services to customer by making fool on name of new account, Change my name as Vijay Prakash Dahiya And Also Give me a Strong reason to disable my credit card else i will take legal towards you guys

                Rs.561.80 was deducted from account on 26/06/2014 for demate account opening as i had never applied for the same in past so why the same had been deducted from my account . And i don't have any document related to demate account. At the time of opening the salary account they don't tell me about any thing about demate account. Firstly i want to close this demate account and aslo return back my deducted money .

                  Dear Sir, I am an a/c holder of icici bank they are deducting MAB from my salary a/c. Actually I am had an old salary a/c with Icici bank. For the period of 2.5yr i haven't use that a/c. Suddenly my present company decided to make salary a/c with ICICI bank. So they want to open a new a/c, but unfortunately i have an old a/c with bank. i am not able to new a/c. so they suggested me to close down the old A/c. With this information I visited to my nearest branch ( Bangur Avenue kolkata-55). when I want to close my a/c they old me (sir you can active this a/c and continue with this a/c as your salary a/c). so i gave them Rs 100 to active that a/c. But Now they are deducting mab for my a/c and saying that you sir you need to maintain RS 10000 as MAB otherwise we will deduct bal from my your account. So sir please take strict action against they are doing business in an unfair manner.

                    I wish to close all my accounts with ICICI, including my demat soon, I decided to do it 6 months ago itselfs, I felt Rs 499 AMC for Demat account is acceptable though it was not informed to us while opening the account, though we were employees of ICICI bank, we were cheated in this matter, I did not take it serious, since it was just Rs 500 for one year, though there was no amount in my ICICI demat linked account[protected], the AMC was blocked from my other ICICI account[protected], 6 months ago and then it was debited on 20th June 2014. Infact I was not interested in trading with ICICI as I was happy with Edelweiss. So I never used the account demat account and bank account linked to it. Later in the month of December, I recieved a call from RMs asking to start trading, they have activated discount plan for FNO trading, so I thought of starting it, And started in January 2014, everything was fine till today, none of them informed me about the MAB charges in last 2 years period, even while I escalated a issue about demat charges being blocked from my other account. But all of a sudden today I deposited a Rs 19816 in to my account, and found only Rs 15113, 4702.12 was found missing, when enquired the Malkajgiri Branch Manager Phanisree, she informed about the MAB charges, I politely asked her for reversal of the same, since deducting 4702.12 toward MAB charges for 1 year at one go is not at all correct, she said she has the previlage to reverse only the charges of 1 or 2 months or maximum upto 3 months, for complete amount, I will have to walk to the branch where the account is in. Here are the details of deductions. But, I will not be going to any branch anymore and get disappointed, also I am not going leave this as it is instead I will escalate it to the very high level of the ICICI management and Banking Ombudsman until my money is credited back, later on will also close this account.                       On 30th May 2014 based on my complaint, ICICI Bank had reversed and settled the irrelevant bank account charges related issue.

                      But now when I saw my account, I was surprised to know that all the charges were REVERSED!!

                      On the top of that, additional charges were levied and that too were irrelevant!.

                      I wish take this matter to High Court, RBI and Banking Ombudsman so as to save innocent people who are customers of ICICI BANK.

                      The bank is taking advantage of people who are less literate and have no or limited access to their accounts.

                      Please take a serious action and publish in media.

                        Sir I had one Credit Card : [protected] and closed the Card during AUGUST 2013 thru settlement. I have received the NO DUE letter also from the Bank. In May-2014, I checked my CIBIL status and shocked to see that the above Card is shown as OUTSTANDING for Rs.41000 plus. From May-2014, i keep on sending mails every week reqeusting them to check and update the CIBIL Status. I sent mails to higher officials also. Even after more than 45 days and 10+ emails, no reply received / no action taken. I plan to move to Consumer Court shortly. If any other alternative/s is/are there to close this issue, I request you to suggest. I have not faced any such issue with other Bank Credit Cards as several cards were closed thru settlement. Only with ICICI bank I am facing this issue. I dont know whether other people also face the same issue with this Bank. I welcome suggestions to close this issue. NACHI

                            Dear Team, ICICI BANK Consumer Loan Account No: NCBNG[protected] Issue 1 – Intentionally not contacted by ICICI bank consumer loan division for early payment of consumer loan (Year 2008 to 2013). Issue 2 – ICICI bank is sending only principal amount to CIBIL for update, why it is not sending (Principal + late fees) to CIBIL, where as other banks are sending correct information (Principal + late fees) to CIBIL per month /Quarterly. I had taken consumer loan (laptop) from ICICI bank Bangalore branch in Oct. 2007 for 33, 000 INR.I had paid amount 10, 689 with 7 EMI & rest paid as advance CASH & need to pay 9 emi for 13, 743 INR, but as I have opted for auto debit mode & this much of amount was always is there at my bank account so I thought it was cleared at the time, Suddenly due to loss of job I had left Bangalore city in 2008 mid . BUT I have not received any contact from ICICI bank in my registered email id or permanent address. below are the loan details, as per documents received by ICICI bank on 07-Dec-2013. Mr. Amit Gupta # 16 3rd Cross Kodi Halli Bangalore - 560008 Tel:[protected], 11111111 Mob: [protected] Email: [protected]@GMAIL.COM Loan Account Details As on 07-Dec-13 Sanction Date - 22-Oct-07 Loan Amount - 33, 000.00 Adv. EMI - 12, 216.00 Rate Of Interest – 23.63% Additional Interest - 24.00% Instl. Paid – 7 / 10, 689.00 Instl. Pending- 9 / 13, 743.00 Future Instl.Nos.- 0 Future Instl.Amt- 0.00 I left Bangalore after some time as I was not getting any job in 2008-09. I had opted for auto-debit payment through cheques & I had kept this amount ( 9 EMI amount 13, 743 + INR )in my salary account so I thought all cheques will be cleared. However, there was some amount pending & I was not contacted by ICICI team via my email - [protected]@gmail.com mentioned in their documents or not at my permanent address which is mentioned in their documents & its same address now also. As I left Bangalore in 2008, my Bangalore mobile number was closed, however my permanent address with email id was mentioned in bank details & loan documents. For my second Ioan at ICICI bank, Bangalore(same branch) I was getting regular call from ICICI credit card division to pay my balance due amount approx 23000 INR. When I got new job in 2010, I had paid the credit card balance amount in 2011 & received NO DUE Certificate from ICICI bank credit card division. Kind Attn: - It means ICICI bank had my updated contact details like my new cell number & existing email id & permanent address & present address. Few financial consultants suggested me that ICICI bank sometimes do not update CIBIL records regarding details about payment made after the final amount is paid by customers, while providing No dues Certificate. To get this confirmation whether my CIBIL is updated or not, I had enquired CIBIL for my CIBIL report for the first time. After I received my CIBIL report, I was shocked to know that the ICICI Consumer loan balance is still pending & being shown there in my report. I had contacted ICICI bank to confirm whether there is any balance against my name in ICICI bank (any division). So, their first reply came to my registered email on dated 6 th dec 2013 which was- NO sir we don’t have any information with your name related to any loan. In reply to this mail, I sent my first CIBIL report to ICICI on the same day, where the ICICI consumer loan was showing balance. After that they had taken time to check their database & sent me a mail - Yes sir you have one consumer loan balance & we got details. The point which I would like to make is: ICICI Bank doesn’t have correct database, which means either their consumer loan division doesn’t have any proper record for each existing customer OR intentionally they keep the customer records in hidden mode & when customer enquiries for his balance, they put all charges as mentioned by RBI & earn huge extra money like late fees, late interest fees, penalty etc. So when I checked all my consumer loan details I found that around 13000.00 INR principal amount was due & they have added around 25000 INR as various fees & told me to paid 13000. + 25000 approx. =38000 approx. INR ASAP. So this 25000 INR is their extra income which they had try to earnt by not contacting the customer in many years, hence by a simple calculation, you will be able to see that ICICI bank will earn more than 100 crores of extra money from their valuable customers, if only 1 crore of customer has this kind of issue. To earn this money, they put a simple trick by NOT CONTACTING THE CUSTOMERs & LET THEM REACH BANK AFTER MANY YEARS. Big question is why ICICI bank did not contact me for around 5 years from 2008 to 2013 & another question is why they have sent only 13000 INR to CIBIL record & demanding 33000 INR approx from me to pay off this loan. ICICI bank should have reported to CIBIL the exact balance due, as CIBIL is completely based on ICICI bank details which they have updated in their system for credit score. So it’s a kind of monopoly by ICICI bank to take extra money from existing customer & inform to CIBIL only the principal amount. When I contacted my financial advisor Credit Sudhaar Co., a credit rating agency, they have told me that for ICICI there are around 200 cases with credit sudhaar & amount involved in these cases is less than a crore, which is not a big amount for a bank like ICICI. Hence, senior management at ICICI retail banking team does not show any keen interest to solve these kind of issues which ultimately create mental / financial problems for customers. It’s really a pain for any valuable customer like me who is associated with ICICI bank for more than 10 years, taken many loans & paid all loans within time except one .So finally I want to take help & guidance from ICRPC, RBI, IBA & other financial organizations to solve this issue & pay only the correct amount which is reflected in my CIBIL report & to obtain No due certificate. Looks like, they are purposely doing this to delay the process of payment so that they can earn more interest as a result of their mistake by not contacting me . I am clearly not liable for this at all. Surprising element: What’s surprising is that they have never sent me a PHYSICAL BILL or COLLECTION CALL or COLLECTION EXECUTIVE to ask or remind me of the so-called pending payments, after my last payment in 2008, which gave me a very clear picture that my account is closed and loan is paid & closed. Suspicion: This also raises a suspicion that why they did not send any PHYSICAL BILL or COLLECTION CALL or COLLECTION EXECUTIVE. Are they are trying to siphon money from the customer without anything on records just by making the customer feel that we owe them where we actually don’t ? Finally I also would like a faster updation of CIBIL records and compensation from the ICICI banks side for not updating up my CIBIL status for nearly 2 years. Let’s see whether ICICI Senior management (consumer loan division) will think & act in an appropriate & customer-friendly behavior(as per ICICI bank tagline- Khyaal Aapka) for existing customers & will help to resolve this issue as soon as possible.                             My issue is resolved after continuous follow up with RBI Ombudsman ( 3-4 times ) & then 4-5 follow up with ICICI Bangalore. credit sudhaar team has helped me to provide correct solution but it takes around 1.5 year to achieve..

                                    The ICICI Bank executive contacted me through a referral from my friend. The executive has offered me a personal loan of 2 lakhs on 15% interest. I have asked him to send me a official copy stating the rate of interest and EMI details before disbursing the amount but the amount was disbursed to me on June 27th 2014 without any confirmation. When I later contacted him he said that the loan amount has been sanctioned at a rate of 17.5%. How can the bank disburse the amount without consulting me when there is a change in interest rate. I want the bank to change the interest to 15% and confirm the same through an official mail. I am the customer of the bank for three years and I had a good opinion on the bank until this.                                     Your executive has taken my signs on the blank form and your bank filled interest rate as per you own will. While taking the signs your executive mentioned 15% interest. Now when everything is done you know that the customer cannot do anything hence you filled the interest rate of your own will. When I asked for confirmation you did not provide stating that our bank will not provide confirmation before the disbursement. Now when i ask for help you say me the same rules that we need to have something in official mail provided before disbursement.

                                    Neither your officials took any confirmation before disbursing the amount. Good a nice way of doing open fraud. Appreciate your way of dealing with a loyal customer for three years. Your executives harass me to close the ticket. Great fraud banking.


                                    I know your bank rules are designed only to fool the customers your bank can only do fraud with customer on the name of agreements on empty forms signed by customers(who trusted your bank while singing form). There are no rules in your bank which can help the customer.


                                    Last but not least your executives speak as if they have given the loan to me in charity.

                                    I do not what to expect from the fraud bank like you...

                                    A person who claims to be the official of ICICI bank has called to me from this number [protected] and he says that the bank in no manner can help me. I have to bear the interest and even if I need to cancel my loan now I have to pay 4% closing charges. I never expected such a useless response from the bank authorities. He now in-turn asks me do you have anything in written form that our executive has offered you 15%. The bank does not provide official documents. Initially when I requested the executive several times to send the official mail confirming interest rates he did not send me neither the bank has given a confirmation call now once everything is done they ask for written proof.

                                    A nice way of doing fraud and blaming the customer itself rather than finding the executives fault and trying to help the customer they instead harass the customer saying this are our bank rules.

                                    Good rules for doing open fraud.

                                    Again an official named Prem calls from the branch and says that the bank in no manner can help me. I have to bear the interest and he says that this is the smallest issue so I am wasting my time in raising the complaint and he asks me to close this complaint as the bank cannot help me. A very customer friendly bank which cheats its own loyal customer and says that the customer is unnecessary raising the issue. Even its relationship manager named kalesh says the same...
