[Resolved] ICICI Bank — icici home loan disbursement issue

This is a pathetic customer service where ICICI Home loan Green park Delhi, team is not even ready to respond. I requested a mail on why ICICI is not able to disburse the whole amount of the demand letter and its been over 2.5 weeks to get them back and not even ready to pick up the call or respond to mails. I already wrote a complaint to Head of Home loans but still no response. This was my biggest mistake of getting a home loan from ICICI. ICICI home loan team was very sweet until they take processing fee charges and Admin charges and now they are not even ready to respond. -Vasanth Murali +91 [protected] Was this information helpful?
