[Resolved] ICICI Bank — icici home loan wrong tenure sanctioned

I have taken a home loan from icici bank and i have asked them for the tenure of 20 years but they have sanctioned only 15 years and i can't afford the higher emi so i have requested them to pls change my tenure and the manager narendra layal have mail to head office but no response and their sales advisor asked me to pay the 1 emi and then the tenure will be changed but nothing happened and i have paid 4 emi till now but nobody is listening me.. And giving me suitable response pls dont't trust on them they are fraud..
