I am Commandat (JG) M Venkaiah, Serving in defence services. i have a salaried account from icici bank more than 20 years...several times icici representatives called me saying that ur our esteemed customer so we r offering credit card...i not willing to take but from 2-3 years... bank is calling several times so finally i taken credit card 3 months back...this is my first credit card...i made a mistake of enabling auto debit facility which was linked to pay later account which was also mistakenly opened by me last month...icici charged very heavily 3 penalities for one my mistake...around 2900/- charged on credit card...due to the penality amount it crossed the credit limit for that they penalised me about 750/- and i came to know one more shocking news after talking to customer care official Mr salman and higher manager that there is one more deduction of around 3000/- will be deducted intrest and GST, it is coming around 5 to 6 thousand rupees for one mistake...they denied crediting back my amount on that when i requested for taking complaint they denied taking the complaint saying that u send e mail...after that from my number i am not able to call customer care...please help me out for taking back my amount...they is no reason a person can be charged for 4 penalties for 01 mistake in india. request help me out on this regard.
