[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — icici is stealing money from customers account

Who the hell will inform the customer that sal acc is being converted to savings acc and need to maintain balance of 10k.

I think icici is now dependent on smab charges.

There are lot of complaints i have seen regarding smab charges in most of the complaint forums. All of them was not informed.

I wish most of the people see this post and update there min balance in their account and avoid smab charges.

Its your duty to inform all the customers by providing multiple reminders or even call and msgs.
