[Resolved] ICICI Bank — icici mab charges due to irresponsible employee | |||||
I went to icici bank 6 months ago to close my icici account as it was a salary account, and open a savings account. The person told me my account was closed and opened a new one for me. After six months, my investment agent mistakenly sent money from my monthly income scheme to my old icici account. The icici representative had not done his job right and did not close my account. Since the account was not closed, the money got deposited and about rs 10, 000 got deducted as mab charges. The worst part is that the new account i had opened had very large balance, so my relationship with icici had large balance, but my accounts were not linked. If he had linked the two accounts then mab charges wouldn't have been applicable. Please do not make me pay rs10, 000 for incompetence of your employee and refund my money.
