[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — ICICI money2world money debited but not received for 15 days

I sent a money2world transfer through Icici on the 7th August 2021 and the money has been deducted but not received by the beneficiary in UK till date- 17th August. I have been following up with your customer care service but they keep hanging up. There has been no update on my money. Is it lost? It is on the way? This kind of service from Icici is very unexpected and highly unprofessional. Looks like my money is lost in your blackhole.
