The online portal for prepaid icici accounts management is completely non-functional. It seldom gives even the login window for the user to access & manage their accounts. Customer care[protected] will give the usual reply, check after 24 hours, which is also untrue. Wondering why the organization keeps such a website for customer portal for public access? Tried all the customer care numbers but to my surprise the phone lines are open only from 8am to 8pm.WHY?Can anyone explain if someone loses its card then one must wait for 12 hours to report the loss of card..where no PIN is required.
