The online portal for prepaid icici accounts management is completely non-functional. It seldom gives even the login window for the user to access & manage their accounts. Customer care[protected] will give the usual reply, check after 24 hours, which is also untrue. Wondering why the organization keeps such a website for customer portal for public access? how come you give another contact no and email id for my card due to which i am not able to get otp . And most importantly how KYC is also approved . is this is output of private bank . i want to change it immidiately . do let me know how

Tried all the customer care numbers but to my surprise the phone lines are open only from 8am to 8pm.WHY?Can anyone explain if someone loses its card then one must wait for 12 hours to report the loss of card..where no PIN is required.
