[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — icici multi wallet card invalid status

I have been on break for 2 years from july 2016 to april 2018 and my icici card shows card invalid status when i try to login through corporate portal. For the past three monthe my card is not credited with any amount and this month (Sep) i received a message that my card is credited with 2500.
But when i tried to access my card it is getting declined. Am not able to use the amount available in the card.

Please resolve this as soon as possible. Card is valid till 04/21.
