The issue date is 01.07.1999, and the redemption date is 01.01.2018, with a tenure of 18 years 6 months. The bondholder number is 0000001, and the certificate numbers are 7973 and 8876.
The name of the bondholder is Assam Sales Corporation - agent: Reliance Industries Limited (Textile Division). As mentioned in the bond, all communications should be sent to ICICI Infotech Services Limited, Unit: ICICI, only to Vimal Vaatsalya, Maratha Mandir Annexe. I have contacted my nearby ICICI bank branch (Paschim Midnapore, West Bengal, 721101) regarding this matter, but they have not provided a satisfactory response.
In this situation, it has become challenging to redeem my two bonds, totalling Rs 2000/-. I would like to know how I can redeem it as soon as possible.
