I would like to draw your kind attention towards slow, unfriendly and poor customer care associated with your new ICICI POCKETS application. I had registered a complain 2 weeks back (complain no. SR[protected] regarding a failed transaction of Rs 1107 with bigbasket on 11 Oct 2016, where in the transaction failed but amount was deducted from my ICICI Pockets wallet account. I called up the customercare and your agent assured me to wait for 30 days as my money was on "hold" and will automatically be credited and Refused to file a complain till 30 days are lapsed. But that never happens and finally i got my complain registered (Complain no SR[protected] with assured resolution till 22 Nov 2016, I never got any call or a bloody Email from your customercare and Surprise they closed my complain citing reason that i did not picked up their call and registered a fresh complain SR[protected], amazingly the due date for resolution provided is 3 months... i mean are you guys slow ?? or Lazy?? or should i label u people who steal money from their consumer. If you guys dont want to give my money back or reslove, you say it upfront rather than giving such lame excuses. Your ICICI pockets app is pathetic and is followed by miserable customer care, who dont know a thing about dealing or resloving customer problems in a reasonable time frame./ I will ensure that consumer forums hear your heroic deeds so that not other customers are subjected to harassment done to me.
