ICICI Bank — ICICI prepaid Meal card - unable to update address for new food card

Hi Team,

My food e was expired and I was asked to request new card via SMS.
By the time the card was dispatched we were shifted to a new place and I couldn't update my new address.
So the card was returned back to the bank.
I tried resubmitting request via SMS with new address but nothing worked.
There is no provision to update address nor contact anyone regarding food card queries.
Pleas help on the way forward.
