ICICI Bank — Icici pru ipru elite wealth ii, policy number 20114273 | |||||
On 30 June 2016 the money was taken out of my account, rs 5 lacs. No information was provided to me even though I request for what happened to my money. Finally a receipt was sent to me on 7 September with wrong name and wrong address. Then I requested that my policy be cancelled since the money was missing for more than 2 months. Now no response from ICICI bank Jaipur. I have lost my 5 lacs it seems and there has been some banking malpractice. I want my money back with interest. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Yes they sent me details on how to log in.
The mobile telephone they put in was wrong so I can not get OTP.
