The bank staff knew the loopholes in the CCTV stuff and they have started stealing money. We had money to close the gold loan. Clearly they stole some money while counting. We found that the we have paid extra money and went to check the footage. But they don't have a camera near the cashier. So it's easy for them to cheat the customers. No proof of stealing can be found. Your money will be lost forever. Please count your money thrice before entering the bank. Horrible experience. I will never visit the Kavalkinaru branch again.
