I have lodge a complaint just before 30 mins.
Immediately I m getting calls from different cell nos to know my a/c no and debit card nos. Totally puzzled . People are so fast to help me in returning me the matured amount . Actually i have done a mistake by providing my cell nos, address . My bonds may not be valid also. I wanted to know the status of the bonds only. Sorry for lodging complaint.

The Surcharge amount deducting more value instead of online transaction amount. Please reduce the amount as Rs. 2/- instead of Rs.11.50.
