Transaction pending - payment not reported by bank. Please contact the bank I had made an on-line transaction for the payment of west bengal govt. Stamp duty & registration, dated 04/02/2020, through government receipt portal system with icici Online payment via govt. Receipt portal system The amount was debited from my account, but i can't download the e-chalan (Govt. Receipt). The govt.
