ICICI has made two fraud transactions from my credit card and after that I recive a call from their customer care that the card was not secure and to opt for new secured card by paying some money.
1st was on February 18, 2018, of INR 167.91/- (at ICVBP AIRTEL DELHI \ (March 18, 2018; 06:50:03 hrs.)
2nd was of INR 35.17 at ICVBP AIRTEL DELHI \ (March 18, 2018; 06:50:03 hrs.).
while I have not done these transactions.
I raised complaint regarding that, customer care executive told me to send the email to [protected]@icicibank.com, then I receive the call saying that "merchant has declined the transaction" so you have to pay it. And they are adding the penalty fee on disputed amount. Now this has reached to RS.446/-.
So I asked the transaction detail of merchant so that I can go to police to raise complain for the merchant, they are not providing the detail, saying that they don't have so much detail.
Please help me.

Being in touch by your customer care office doesn't solve my problem. They are in touch since 4-5 months and just transferring the call from one department to other saying that they don't have sufficient information regarding the transaction, please let me know the concern person who can solve the problem.
If you can help, please provide me the copy of proof (confirmation mail from merchant for the transaction).
And please let me know why did I not receive the OTP no. on my mobile.
And please stop these type of fraud work (I know bank is doing these type of fraud transactions themselves) because people earn money by doing their hard work.]
And kindly let me know why company grants the card from branch office but doesn't provide any kind of support for credit card. They just say to contact customer care while there is no physical office of customer care and customer care officers just transfer the call, where should be go then?
