[Resolved] ICICI Bank — illegal charges against rbi guidelines deducted by bank | |||
Icici bank vishwas nagar deduct high charges on debit card transactions.. Bank has been informed and complaints has been registered from 2months on a regular basis.. More then 50mails and 2times letter to branch and 1letter to head office gujarat we send but no action taken.. Mr santosh bank manager accept mistake is done n he helped me slot but in last he said merchant care department is separate and they are not giving reply on mails properly... He also did lots of mails to senior department.. But not getting reply So please have a look on this matter i m really frustrated now mentally torture by bank...
