ICICI Bank is intentionally not providing the customers the option to raise complaint at higher level by not providing the service request number, which is totally against the RBI Guidelines. (I have recorded 2 calls that I have made to customer care where they have denied the service request number).
even the website where escalation to senior officer can be made is not working. (I can also share the screen recording that I have taken).
Phone Banking senior officer Swetha have confirmed that it's a technical error from the bank in the call made on 4th April at around 5PM (Call record can be produced), But she said that even though it's a technical error from the bank customer will still be not reversed the charges.
