My account number is[protected] and ifsc code is ICIC0003206. My account is lien marked for three time of 751 rs, 500 rs and 914 rs. On 02.01.2026 tha bank has totally freezed my account which is illegal. The bank can only freeze the disputed amount and marked lien on the disputed amount, not the entire amount. If the bank will not lift the freeze from entire account. I visited the nearest beach they are not cooperating with me. I request you to kindly unfreeze my account because on the date 5th of the very month the emi of 15438₹ will be auto debit from my account, if it will be bounce, then it's all the bank fault. The bank staffs are harassing me. I request you to kindly unfreeze my account. In the W.P. NO. 25631/2024, The Madras High Court stated that the bank cannot freeze the entire account, this is the violation of fundamental right of right to livelihood.
