[Resolved] ICICI Bank — i'm complaining about the pl issued from icici | |||
I have applied for a personal loan from icici bank. And the amount is approved. And the executive called up me and forced to disperse the amount to my account that day itself. And he want to achieve his target of the month. He was saying he will reduce the interest rate and so and so. If he disperse the amount on same day. But he didn't do anything. And he dispersed the amount to my account. And i was not aware of it. And icici executive is making the customer fool. And he didn't give the details regarding the deductions from the pl. He is saying it because he is having a pressure from his rm. And he said he is ready to as per customer convenience but his rm is forcing to do to achieve rm 's target. These kind of people's are spoiling icici bank names. Icici please take some actions on the regional manager mr. Sanjay from thrissur icici personal loan department. Thrissur.
