[Resolved] ICICI Bank — imobile app not working | |||
I have not been able to use the imobile app since i opened a savings account with icici bank about 2 years ago. The mobile number is registered in the account and i am getting transaction smses. But when i try to use imobile, first i get the confirmation on verification of the mobile number and then i get the message that "your account is not linked with your used id with the mobile number that is registered in our records. Please register your mobile number in your savings account again". (See attached photo). I have called customer care several times and also visited a branch a few times.
