    In my icici accout no, rs.29.50 debited as "rwdfee/29/08/2019". I did not redeem any points from my debit or credit cards. How could you debit money from the account without any information?

    Kindly confirm the transaction details to recover the debited amount as well as little bit care while using online transfers.

      Hi all,

      This is to Inform you that I have done Payment of My Credit Card No : [protected] on 18th of August 2018 at Chatrshal Stadium ( New Delhi) to your Executive Named Kavish Taneja for amount Rs, 30, 000.

      As per discussion with you Executive Kavish Taneja he was saying that he is the executive from ICICI Bank and he has come to recover the amount of the Credit Card which I have Used and at the same moment I have paid him Rs, 30, 000.

      After that he told that you Payment will get updated with in 1-2 working days but till now I don't have any Update regarding My Payment which I have done to Kavish.

      Also when I did the payment Kavish was not having machine to provide me the Paym, ent Receipt so I took his ID Card Photo, His aadhar Card photo and Hid Pan card Photo as a proof.

      Till Now I don't have any Update about My Payment which I have done to Kavish Taneja.

      There is one ICICI Employee Name ILA and her mobile No is [protected] and she is saying that you don't have Payment slip that's why she can't help me. As already I told to her that once the executive visited for Payment he was not having the Slip Machine and he told me that you will get the payment message on whats app.

      I Just want to ask one thing if you are hiring third Party resource then why they are not Trust worthy and why they are cheating us, It means ICICI is a fraud bank and no one is able to help me as Everyone is dependent on Agency Only .

      Also I want my money back which I have paid to agency and to your Employee Kavish Taneja who is working in I and We BPO rohini.

      No one is responding properly every one is blaming each other and I want My Money back at any cost other wise it will not be good for any o[censored]S,

      ICICI is a cheat and Fraud Bank which Cheated ME and Also I will raise a complaint In Consumer Court promise.

      From Last 10 Days I am trying to everything to Get My Money Back. But nothing happened.

      Please find the attached Documents for your reference as no One is here to help me and if any person comes to My house for Money recover then it will not be good for everyone.

      I want My money back that it which I have already paid on 18 Aug 2019.

      I request you not to cheat the Normal Peoples.

        Now they have charged 177under this category dcardfee7833july19-jun20+gst
        I am not aware what type of charges are these.
        They never informed me regarding these charges either by email or by letter.
        Who has given right to icici bank to deduct the money without informing us.
        Because we kept the money in bank that give right to bank that they can do anything whatever they want. This is totally wrong.

        There should be some formal process for doing all these things. I want my money to be credited in my a/c which they have deducted from my a/c

          I have been issued a credit card of icici bank. At the time of issuance, credit card support office assured me that this card is having life time free validity and no charges/joining fee is applicable but i have been charged rs. 3000 + gst as joining fee and some monthly charges are also being deducted from my account. Approached to bank but no response. I am fed up with the kind of service/support icici bank is providing. They should clearly tell terms and conditions to the customer, just for the sake of getting business, they should not cheat with their customers.

              My self amarendra kumar dwivedi, 826.00 rupees has been deducted from my account as (Dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till jul-19) on[protected]. I have never used my demat account till now.

              I was suppose to open salaried account at that time and later when i get to know that they opened my demat account as well and when i call them and asked why its open, i never told you about that then they said that it is free and this will be non chargeable or deduct money. When i checked my balance through icici mobile app then i saw these has been deduct and without any deduction message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici. I was already close my demat account in icici bank in before 1-2 months. Plz respond and refund my money as soon as possible.

                Right now am travelling out of india and dont have access to debit card, so not able to call customer care.
                My icici bank user id has been disabled not sure why even though i have provided my correct credentials.
                Right now i am not able to access my bank account nor have access to my account or india phone number. Request you to please unlock my user id

I asked to bajaj finserve and they told me they authorized to deduct only loan amount, not any other charges. So, i move to call customer care number icici bank.                     I am using icici swaping machine tid no.33290142. I install this swaping machine in march 2019. The service boy told me that there will be no charges upto 2000/- rs. And maximum 0.8% on debit card and 1.8% on credit card. And no monthly rent also. But from that day i m paying monthly rent and swaping charges also applied on 800/-rs.. On debit card they charge 1.5% to 2.5%. And on credit 1.8% to 2.8%. I am regularly calling that service boy,, he daily replies that sir with in 2 days, 4 days, they refund. So tell me what can i do.

                      Without my consent, rs. 2000 has been deducted from my account on 27/08/2019 to 'dr. Tran for funding a/c[protected].
                      I have never subscribed to any policy, however this deduction has been done by icici. I want my money back. Kindly help me in this regard as soon as possible.
                      This reduction to dr. Tran for funding a/c[protected] is a clear case of fraud and banking norms are not being followed. This is unlawful and making me untrust icici bank for future banking activities

                        I have my bank account in ICICI bank Infosys phase 2, These ruthless company is deducting 29.60 rs since last week everyday .Till now total deductions is over 500 and when asked said that its due to post dec charge but I have not even used my debit card since a long time .
                        I asked to provide the proof to bank to confirm where my card was used and how many times but they are saying that its not their job. I have also raised a consumer complaint but will keep fighting till they stop harassing their customers

                            Following icici bank employee suggest me to investment in icici funds with following terms and benefits, i was agree and accepted the same. Which was one time investment, and i can close the same after 2 months.
                            But without my instruction they started deducting money on monthly basis. So i complained the same to refund the amount, which they returned was also not the whole amount they deducted. After the suggest from same icici employee i withdraw the whole amount from my icici savings bank account to stop further auto deductions, but now icici is charging me the bounce charges again and again. Which is rs. 4661 in total. After so many complains to bank they refunded me only rs. 944.

                                  ICICI credit card is charging heavily, I have 2 credit cards in ICICI bank, but I don't know that they are of different accounts, when called to customer care(CC) they said you can do the payment in any one of the cards, I have already registered one of my cards, so done the payment. After 15 days I got a new statement stating that you due is pending 564 with a penalty of 632. I was surprised how can the penalty is more than due amount. I called and said regarding the CC misguided regarding the payment, so I have done in another card of mine which is also ICICI. They said the account is different so we cannot do anything, so I have requested them to reduce fine as it is more than the due amount. There should be a limit in charging fine, max of 10 %. so please consider this request and ask them to refund my amount as there is a mistake from their end. Also, make sure to restrict fine based on % of the amount, not flat rates. please find the attachment and resolve the issue ASAP.

                                  Every second day echs charges like 137 then 274 then 410 deducting from my account why this is happening and what the hell every second they are deducting the amount

                                    I saw my statement and noticed POSDEC charges 11 times each levied after every transaction.
                                    I was not informed about these charges. It's so unethical to loot money like this. I am their customer for 9 years and this is so disappointing.
                                    Firstly I didn't understand what are these charges for, on surfing, got to know these are hidden charges applied when transaction is declined.
                                    In my case it has been levied without any transaction failure.
                                    Today, I did only one transaction that too wasn't declined and I have been charged with POSDEC thrice.
                                    In total, they have deducted 330 rps of mine without informing.
                                    If they fail to revert the amount I am happy to have my account closed rather to support such an unethical loot.

                                      Sir.,
                                      I had complained lots of time for my change of my email address
                                      Which was wrongly updated by your side as [protected]@gmail.com instead of [protected]@gmail.com.
                                      They also given instructions based upon that I had done lots of times to update my email id.
                                      Till now iam not able to change my email address.
                                      What I had to do.
