I have downloaded the IMobilePay Application. Just tried to explore the App and clicked on Cibil Score. Without any popup or anything given it directly debited my amount from the account. That's not the right thing. They need to atleast give some popup to explain that is a payable service. They need to intimate the customer about that. I have contacted the customer service and while they kept me on hold, I tried to view it and the pdf got downloaded once I again not said anything about charges and now the support team is saying for viewing the service is free but for downloading they'll charge. But the amount got debited before downloading itself and even it is true they need to intimate that downloading will cost something. They have given nothing about it. This is a strict warning given. If you not revert my money back to me, I'll give a consumer complaint and I'll raise the social media complaint regarding this worst experience of application given by you. Never thought bank like urs do such worst experience to me.
