On 18th november 2019 i have wrongly deposited imps of rs.25, 000/- to a/c no.[protected] instead of a/c no.[protected]. Eventhough i my bank raised chargeback immediately, yet i have received the money bank. I have approached icici bank gorai branch to lodge compliant on 19th november, counter staff & asst manager are refused to accept the comapliants. I also send email through my bank to customer care and imps department on 19th november 2019. Still no money. Infact imps department replied saying they will entertain any mail. Are these people are responsible people. I want to know what steps they have taken to return moeny which lying in one of suspense a/c. Bank has no business to appropriate wrong amount to different a/c.
Kindly take up the issue. I will also write ncpi for creating blunder of making 35 days window period of settling wrong imps. Here iciic bank is missuing window period with wrong intentions. . Was this information helpful? |
