[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — IMPS Transaction failed

Hi,

I have done an imps transfer of 24950 on 14th of Dec. The transaction got failed at destination bank. My money is debitted but not refunded. I have checked with the beneficiary and it is not credited to him as well. I have done another imps transfer of 24950 to the same beneficiary on 19th of Dec. The second transfer is success and the beneficiary got money for the same.

I have raised two service request) for the first transfer but both of them are closed stating that the beneficiary is credited with the amount whereas the beneficiary is not credited at all.

I have attaching the bank statement of both my account as well as the beneficiary account where you can see that the money is debitted twice from my account and only credited once to the beneficiary but the issue still remains unresolved.

It is not expected to close the service requests without proper enquiry and not solving the purpose of the request. Hoping to get it resolved as quickly as possible. I never expected my hard earned money to be stuck like this.
