[Resolved] ICICI Bank — imps txn timed out

Hi sir,

I did imps txn, it is debited from my account but not credited in beneficiary bank (Punjab & sind bank). I received below message for the same-

Dear customer, imps txn ref [protected] for rs. [protected] is timed out at beneficiary bank on 11-jun-2018 08:37. Txn status will be updated by bene bank in 3 working days.

Please give me solution as soon as possible.

I have recived a gift cards from my company. How can I check the balance on the cards?

I tried calling the ICICI customer care but there was no response.

Kindly provide a solution as there is no facility to check the balances online?
