[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Incorrect charges and bad customer service | |||||
I have been charged late fees and overlimit fee and interest because of non receipt of payment on my icici credit card. I have an auto debit set up for min pay but somehow it didnt get paid for the month of august. when i called them, they told me that they wont be able to reverse the amount until i pay the minimum due. I had enough funds in my savings account for the minimum payment to be paid by the auto debit. i was told by the customer service agent that i will receive a call back but i didnt receive any. i keep getting calls from collections and i have to explain them the same thing again and again. Now the bank expects me to pay the amount, where they havent even explained to me why the auto debit didnt go through in the first place. Iam worried now that i have not paid the bills for the last 2 months, coz iam not ready to pay until they resolve the issue created by them, . What can i do to stop the bank harassing me and clearing the confusion created by them. I dont have time to call them and explain them over and over again. Was this information helpful? | |||||

1) They didnt have a courtesy to call and tell me that they are sending someone to collect the money.
2) I will not pay anything until you resolve the issue.
3) I dont need anyone coming to collect the payment as iam capable of making online payments.
4) Stop sending your representatives at my residence as iam not running away from making payments.
5) Do your duty of resolving your customers queries before you send someone to collect money.
