ICICI Bank — incorrect deduction | |||
Without an acknowledgement i have been charged for the service which i never requested/opted for. 04 sep 2019 bil/[protected]/mm annual fee jun 19-may. 354.00/- rupees have been deducted for my money service. Please reimburse the respective amount asap. When i called on the no. 18002662 which was given for any dispute, it got directed to ivr which never gave option to discuss with any executive and only option given was to either block the card or to end the call.
