ICICI Bank — Incorrect details | |||||
I have recently received my credit card. Here are my concerns. 1. My mobile number registered is incorrect. Instead, the mobile no. of the reference has been registered. As a result, I am not being able to connect with customer care and I am not receiving any alerts from your side. I want it to be rectified ASAP, as I have filled the application form duly. 2. I received a call from your CCE Mr. Maninder regarding optional charges of Rs. 1, 999 out of the blue which was not mentioned anywhere earlier. I do not want to avail this facility and need confirmation on the same from your side. 3. I received another email stating my PIN has been delivered, but unfortunately to some wrong address. If this is how ICICI Credit Cards Team responds, I would instead wish to cancel my Card. kindly resolve the aforementioned concerns at the earliest and keep me posted on my number as mentioned above. Dear customer we request you if you want to change your mobile number via online mode you have to send these details i.e Debit Card number, Issue date your date of birth registered with us.After submitting the details our phone banking manager will get in touch you instantly
