ICICI Bank — Incorrect details | |||||
I have recently received my credit card. Here are my concerns. 1. My mobile number registered is incorrect. Instead, the mobile no. of the reference has been registered. As a result, I am not being able to connect with customer care and I am not receiving any alerts from your side. I want it to be rectified ASAP, as I have filled the application form duly. 2. I received a call from your CCE Mr. Maninder regarding optional charges of Rs. 1, 999 out of the blue which was not mentioned anywhere earlier. I do not want to avail this facility and need confirmation on the same from your side. 3. I received another email stating my PIN has been delivered, but unfortunately to some wrong address. If this is how ICICI Credit Cards Team responds, I would instead wish to cancel my Card. kindly resolve the aforementioned concerns at the earliest and keep me posted on my number as mentioned above.
