ICICI Bank — Incorrect EMI calculation made on ICICI personal loan

Dear Team,

ICICI bank has calculated incorrect EMI amount in my repayment schedule. I have raised this complaint to ICICI bank customer care and they are not able to clarify the issue properly but they have closed my request without resolving my issue. I have already escalated to the next level but there is no response from their end.
Loan account no is : LPCHE[protected]
