[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Incorrect Fund transfer -Kotak to ICICI

Hi,

I am a Kotak customer and by mistake I have transferred 2400 in this account of ICICI[protected] on 14th of March. It was my error as the account number where in had to transfer ends with 1 and being a typo error, I entered 2. I spoke with numerous managers at ICICI and no one is able to help and everyone just keeps on telling me that they can do anything as its my error. Yes it is my error and I'm not denying it but as a consumer my transaction needs to be secured. I'm asking the bank to reverse the transfer that I initiated and not asking them to just give me money from random accounts. None of the bank is helping me. Can you please help me on this ? Urging as it is going on from last 6 months.
