[Resolved] ICICI Bank — incorrect loan disbursement

Hi,

Icici executive @vishal visited me and collected all the documents and mentioned that he will try to provide me a 14% rti of personal loan amount for 2 lacs for 36 months.

But i have credited with 16% rti, when loan amount disbursed that is for 60 months not 36 months.

Even i have told them to roll this amount back but they are not even bothered to look into.

Miss rajyashree deb only assuring me she will solve this issue past 3 months. I don't know in which decades she will solve this. No one is taking this issue on priority.

Kindly suggest what can i do.

Updated by Manoj Thathera I have already marked a mail to [protected]@icicibank.com but no help received from them as well.

It's a pain dealing with ICICI Bank.
