ICICI Bank — Incorrect or Fraudulent deduction via CMS/ADTPSLSIPG

An amount of Rs.4970/- has been deducted from my ICICI account no #[protected] on 18th Dec'21. When I called the customer care they gave me reference that the deduction is against one of my mutual fund portfolio.

I thoroughly checked my portfolio to double check for any misunderstanding as I do not place SIP deduction during the month..but nothing was there.

I immediately called customer care and asked them to pls raise it as a fraudlent transaction...but my phone was disconnected. I tried thrice but result was not different.

Pls help me get my money back.
