    I have logged one issue in ICICI bank through their customer care on 5th December. Issue number: SR[protected].
    But still today I don't have received any single communication regarding that.
    They have charged 4k extra on my bill and that I have to pay because my billing cycle is going to be over.
    Just to let you know I am having a salary account with ICICI, if I will not receive any resolution then I will move that.

      I have been using 2 ICICI bank credit card since last 5 years and make all my payments on the given due date without defaulting on any payments till date.

      Recently last month in Nov, I checked my statement its mentioned auto debit return fee and service charges INR 450 + GST of arround 81 INR . When I enquired about these charges by customer cares I got mixed response one of them telling it's been active since the card issued and other said we don't have access to check this and few replied thats its new RBI guidelines. So, according to them due to this enabled auto debit service there was insufficient balance so you are charged with this.

      I clearly told bank:

      1. I never opted for Auto debit how come it was applied automatically. They don't have any proof to show ...no KYC document and No request number and not exact details when it got active

      2. I told them, when you have given me a due date for payment how can you attempt a payment deduction without any information untill the due date has crossed. They don't have any answers. Secondly, they didn't notified me any time that incase I didn't attempt my payment by due date it will be automatically deducted. Due to this I was never unaware that this facility is even active also and now by nowhere it's sterted since last two months.

      3. bank said, to avoid auto debit charges- payments should be made before 5 days from due date
      - First I never opted for auto debit in ICICI, second for previous all the records if bank can check I have always made my payments on 0-1 days and was never charged with this. How come this started only by November & again on December they charged the same fees on the due date itself.

      I always made payments 0-1 days before my due date but no auto debit fee was levied. bank is unable to provide any clear answer.

      I have been pressurized to pay these charges without any fault of mine.
      Have tried many calls on customer care sometime hold my calls for 30-40 minutes, sometimes it gets automatically cut and then there is no ways to raise a dispute on the given charges.

      perhaps they have given customer relationship division to bunch of dumb people who don't understand the basic details being shared by customer.

      Please assist me out. I am not going to pay these charges at any cost and will close my both the credit cards. I am paying more that 30k bill payment on regular months still being made fraud by the bank.

      Will switch to other bank as soon as possible.

        I have some unexplained charges on my account,

        A total of Rs. 2360(590*4) is deducted from my account.

        The Customer care team is so pathetic, I have been on calls with them for hours and all they do is disconnect.

        I have been an ICICI customer for more than 10years now and this is a real low from them. Someone please help.

          590 rupees has been deducted from my account in the name of nach_ad_rtn_chrg 13.12 2021 .without any notification. I was maintaining balance for the time of emergency and when i was going to make a payment then the amount was not there.

            I applied for Home loan in ICICI home finance Hyderabad LB nagar branch, my loan application no LHDSK[protected]//[protected].
            In October i requested for cancellation post payment of Processing fee of 40k. I followed up with various person Arun(Branch sales) Abhillash mamidala & Sarita(Credit team) and Nodal & Service Head team escalation contacts team for refund and cancellation .
            Initial stage it has been said it will take max1-2 weeks to get refund its been 1.5 month but no proper response from Branch nor the Nodal escalation team even after many chaser mails.

            Every time they ask me to drop a fresh mail asking for cancellation to many peoples.

              The amount of Rs 14233 is directly deducted from my account without any prior notice. I was completely dependent on this money as i have some medical emergencies but the account is with 0 balance for which i was completely clueless and because of the poor customer service i even did not get any proper information.

                    I had placed an order on Zara on 11 December and the payment mode selected was UPI. I made the payment via GooglePay and gateway partner of zara is Citrus solutions PVT LTD. The money got debited from my account but I cancelled the order shortly after.
                    Now the order shows as cancelled but there is no mention of anything regarding the refund.
                    According to zara, they hadn't charged anything yet, and the amount deducted corresponds to pre-authorization of payment by the bank.
                    They asked me to contact the bank regarding the issue.
                    Please refund my money as soon as possible.

                      Subject: Rs. 115100 money has been taken out illegally by thieves, hackers group from my ICICI bank account[protected]
                      I am out of India since 24th December 2020 till this day.
                      Incident done by thief: I have 2 ICICI savings bank accounts attached. From account[protected] thief has online transferred money Rs. 2, 10, 000.00 to[protected]How thief got online password?) and taken out money illegally through ATM, UPI on same day,[protected], Rs. 115100. (How they got password and PIN?)
                      (thief changed registered mobile number so that I could not get alert message, and made debit card clone and changed PIN and password.)
                      Alert emails have come then, I immediately blocked all means of transaction by calling customer care.
                      This is a racket to loot common public and loophole in secure Banking System who are withdrawing money with in law.
                      The gang is active and these cases might happen to other customers.

                      On[protected], one postal mail have come to my India residence stating closure due to non receival of documents and closed the case without my knowledge.
                      Though, I had submitted documents on different dates on demand.
                      Again, Issue raised
                      SR[protected] dated[protected] for amount Rs. 100000
                      SR[protected] dated[protected] for amount Rs. 15100

                      Investigation result from ICICI Bank is not satisfactory, Please trace the transfer and withdrawal process and where from (place and IP), it had been done.

                              What is ECSRTNCHG charges

                              Please explain what is ECSRTNCHG? Every month around 1000 is been deducted from my account since nov. Please get in touch with me ASAP. Your customer care number is useless. You haven't mentioned my relationship manager in the app. Whom should I connect to and how if the bank is closes at 3 pm and after that I need assistance?...

                              If someone files a complaint with grievance the first step is to give a sr no.
                              But this guys just gives you a automated reply they don’t even care to read the complaint.
                              I don’t want a credit from you.
                              I just want to know why you rejected my application that’s all.
                              Even after having good cibil, excellent repayment, good income, self owned home, you rejected my application.
                              Its ok you don’t want to give a card i am cool with that. But not giving me a valid reason???

                              Just give me a clear answer. I feel so depressed and lost are you guys racial profiling me ??

                                Despite telling that I had got credit reverse on my disputed credit
                                card payment to all the executives who had called me regarding non
                                payment of dues and writing the team a mail attaching the mail from
                                ICICI Bank 2 months back saying my claim was correct and no other dues
                                pending, today I still receive a mail saying the bank will exercise
                                lien upon my deposit for non payment of dues which is totally unacceptable. There is no proper customer support to address the issue.

                                    Hello Team,

                                    I am sick and tired of getting help from ICICI Fastag team & NHAI Fastag helpline. raised multiple complaints and there was no response or resolution from both the entities. Very very irresponsible behaviour from the customer service desk teams & no one seem to have basic understanding of the product and service they are supposed to deliver. despite many calls, emails & discussions - i am still struggling & reached a saturation point where i wanted to raise complaints & move legally as well.

                                    My basic request was just to replace the current fastag since the old tag was not working at the tollgates. it was tollgates executive recommendation that i need to replace the TAG to a new one. I am repeated asking to send the TAG to my new address which is in Hyderabad and still they send it to Bangalore which is my old address. I infact raised change of address even before replacing the TAG
