ICICI Bank — [protected]@icici debit 349 rupees from my account but didn't recharge the jio number

Recharge from [protected]@icici amount deducted but recharge not done, please refund my money. I tried to recharge my jio number with 349 through www.jio.com but payment through upi transaction money was sent to [protected]@icici and recharge was not successful but money deducted from my account. So please refund my money to my account. I want my money back as soon as possible or complete my transaction.
