ICICI Bank — [protected]@icici upi requesting refund | |||
Sir/madam, I tried to recharge my jio phone number via the bhim app ([protected]@upi) through [protected]@icici upi on 11th december 2017, 12:22 pm. The money was deducted from my bank account, however, it hasn't reached jio. I contacted the jio customer care and they confirmed that they haven't received the money. I am attaching the screenshot of the transaction. Please refund the money back to my account. Else, i'll have to lodge a formal complaint to the consumer court. Was this information helpful? | |||
