Hello ICICI Bank,
It's with so much distress to complain here that I've raised a dispute with your customer care team on my credit card that one of the transaction was not authorised through OTP and I made several phone calls/emails running every where with your customer care team.
Though I've provided all the information they need, still they're asking me to pay the amount which I never used/spent.
Hope you can resolve this issue.
Utterly disappointed with your customer care team as they're keep sending the same copy pasted responses every time, instead fixing the issue. Was this information helpful? |
