I have received a call from [protected] in the name of ICICI Bank Offering personal loan. as many such fraud calls coming in the name of such subject.
I thought it would be the same fraud call i am listing to the offer. after the call i found that they have deposited 3lakh Rs. in the name of personal loan to my saving account. This has happened without any written consent now there is no response from customer care executive. it is intentionally phishing call by ICICI callers. now i want to revive my loan and also there should be a proper procedure for this loan process so, that even a common person would able to understand the process and execute it safely.
amount of Rs. 3lkh has been receive with narration BIL/[protected]/INSTAPLCC/[protected].
I request you to arrange for the reversal of this transaction with immediate effect. no any written mail given by the ICICI bank regarding the loan procedure nor asked for my written consent.
Banks are trying to trap its customers and making them pay for closing charges by adopting these verbal consent procedures. So, there should be proper methods and documentation (like written acceptance) should be ensured by them before offering loan.
