[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Interim charge back debit

I used my credit card for Annamalai university counselling payment on 28th Oct 2020 through eazypay payment gateway, For B.Sc Agriculture (self supporting) course. 1st time i tired to pay 2000 rupees from my ICICI credit card that time payment error came after that again I paid the 2nd time payment successfully completed. after that i checked my mail the amount 2 times debited for same application. i sent mail to eazypay and ICICI credit card section. from ICICI credit card section they replied my mail and debited amount refunded but eazypay no response. Now from ICICI credit card again that refunded amount Interim chargeback debit option again debited 2000 rupees. Herewith i attached all supporting documents for your reference. Please check and credit back to my account extra amounts debited from my card.
