[Resolved] ICICI Bank — International mobile number update | |||||
Hi, I have sent letter to update my mobile number to the international one. Craziest thing happened is mobile number updated for sms alerts for transactions but not the otp service. I'm unable to access my phone banking as my debit card is blocked. I don't use my old number to generate new pin. I'm annoyed with the customer service been provided by icici. No response from customer care. I'm in london. I have to pay my emi in india. I donno what to do now. Was this information helpful? | |||||
