[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Internet banking experience is terrible | |||||
I have been a customer of icici bank for close to 13 years now. Their online banking is one of the worst experiences any consumer can have. I constantly get "your session has expired error" while i am in the midst of a transaction. I have complained to their it dept and also sent screen shots. Their standard answer is to disable cookies and history. No - this does not help. It is my sheer laziness that i am not transitioning to another bank. I would urge others not to bank with icici because of their poor applications Was this information helpful? | |||||
