[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Internet Banking Transaction is Disabled

I am able to login to my Internet Banking, but when I try to do any transaction using Internet Banking, it says that "Transaction is disabled for this user". I have called the customer care multiple times. I have also emailed Icici Customer care, but no one is able to resolve this issue.
Can you please look into this issue
