ICICI Bank — invalid deduction and refund

My name is Aditya Shivaji Pawar and i'm holding a salary in icici bank for the past 1 years. i just saw today when i checked my account online, that twice i have been charged posdec chg of rs. 28.09 each (Total INR 103 Rs) on between November 7th & 9th 2013 and the description says:
1 posdec chg/9248/25st3 dr inr 29.50
2 posdec chg/9248/25st3 dr inr 0.01
3 posdec chg/9248/25st3 dr inr 9.00
4 posdec chg/9248/25st3 dr inr 28.97
5 posdec chg/9248/25st3 dr inr 28.98
