ICICI Bank — irresponsible and insulting in aadhaar linking | |||
Sr[protected]: dear customer, your aadhaar no. Could not be updated in acct xx9360 as the name/ date of birth on the aadhaar does not match the savings account. This is the response from icici bank six times in the last 4 months for all my requests. Two times i have submitted aadhaar downloaded and submitted personally in kharghar sector 7 branch. Branch verified and accepted that aadhaar details matches with account details. If bank depends completely on computer what for the people are employed in branches Was this information helpful? | |||
