[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — issuance of credit card fraudulently in my name

I have been receiving messages on my phone that ihve been issued credit card which i've not applied. Now another message that same be delivered today itself. I don't know who is doing this fraud and who will receive n use this card. Stop consignment and don't activate. Icici bank will be solely responsible for any loss to me due to this.
This is first msg
Dear customer, you will receive your new icici bank credit card xx500x shortly. On receipt of card, you may change the pin at icici bank atm, imobile, net banking or phone banking. The pin for the card is 9114. Never share it with anyone. For security reasons, please note your pin & delete this message.

Dear customer, as per your request, auto debit facility for payment of minimum amount due towards credit card account xxxx7405 has been activated on 25-oct-17.
